Hi, I’m Laiba Masoud – a Level III Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, TEDx Speaker, Athlete, and someone who’s truly passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered — both physically and mentally.

My journey in fitness didn’t start in a fancy gym. It started with self-doubt, frustration, and the pressure to “look” a certain way. But I chose to shift my focus — from shrinking myself to becoming stronger in every way. Today, I coach other women to do the same.

As a female athlete, coach, and public speaker, I bring together years of practical experience and scientific knowledge to help women feel good in their own bodies.

I’ve had the honor of speaking at TEDx PIEAS, leading corporate wellness sessions (like my recent one at Tapal), and working with women across all ages and fitness levels — helping them break through both physical and mental barriers.
